Arches UK - a collection of Nature’s arches and bridges
Angel Arch
This is one of the truly great arches in Canyonlands National Park. It is located in Salt Creek. Access to the arch used to be by a 14 mile drive up Salt Wash, however in recent years the park service has closed the road to vehicles and it now requires a hike of 28 miles round trip. Previously visits to the arch could be made by commercial tour from Moab. The span is about 120 ft and the height 135 ft.
