Window Wind Arch

NABSQNO 12S 482790 – 4134794

Window Wind Arch is on Fiftymile Bench about 34 miles down the Hole in the Rock Road east of Escalante. It requires a strenuous hike to climb up to the arch. Inside the arch are inscriptions by Edson Alvey, an Escalante school teacher who explored much of the area. On the top of the arch is a natural tank containing a large amount of water.

The arch has a span of 23 ft and a height of 15 ft.
