Wingate Window

This large arch is so called as it is eroded through the Wingate Sandstone formation that is abundant in the area. The arch is located at Hatch Point, Canyon Rims Recreation Area east of Canyonlands National Park.

The window has a span of about 40 ft and a height of about 25 ft.
