This large arch is in a very remote area of the south eastern part of Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument just north of the Grand Bench area of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. To reach the arch requires a drive of about 40 miles of rough dirt road followed by a hike of 5 to 6 miles. It is possible to arrange a guide and horses for the last part of the trip.

The arch has a span of 40 ft and a height of about 90 ft.
