Hunt’s Mesa Area. Not a natural bridge this large natural arch is located in the south eastern part of Monument Valley. It is in a remote area that gets few visitors. Very few persons have set foot under the arch. The arch was named for his wife by Charles L Bernheimer leader of the first expedition to reach it on 8th June 1927. There is a plaque at the base of the arch commemorating this. However, Bernheimer never saw the arch until some years later.

It has a span of 140 ft and a height of around 135 ft. It is the third largest arch in Arizona.
