McCreary County. The whole of the county lies completely within the Daniel Boone National Forest which is managed by the US Forest Service.

This is one of the more accessible arches in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area of the Daniel Boone National Forest and is located near to the small community of Barthell. It is alongside Kentucky Highway 742 just inside the recreation area. It is also known as Natural Bridge of McCreary County.

It has a span of 38 ft and a height of 17 ft.
