Wolfe County. The Red River Gorge, an intricate canyon system of the Red River in east central Kentucky, has been designated a National Natural Landmark. Most of the George is located inside the Daniel Boone National Forest. There are more than 100 natural arches and bridges in the area.

There is a Marked trail to the arch from Koomer Ridge Campground off State Highway 15.

The arch has a span of 58 ft and a height of 9 ft.
