McCreary County. The whole of the county lies completely within the Daniel Boone National Forest which is managed by the US Forest Service.

The arch is close to Hole in the Rock Arch near the small community of Pine Knot in the Daniel Boone National Forest. 

It has a span of 34 ft and a height of 12 ft.
