Gaotun Natural Bridge

Guizhou Province. This large natural bridge is a major attraction of the Bazhou He Scenic Area a few miles from the historic town of Liping. The bridge, which is also known as The Great Natural Rocky Bridge, spans the Bazhou River. Although it has been described locally as the world’s largest and was included in the Guinness Book of Records as such it is not even the largest natural arch in China. It is, however, very impressive in a beautiful location.

It has a span of about 250 ft and a height of about 86 ft.
