Dentelles Arches

Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. Here there are many spectacular rock formations as well as a great many natural arches. The arches are in the Oued Aloba (Aloba Wash) and are about 50 miles south east of Fada.

There are a number of openings but the largest has a span of about 33 ft and a height of 79 ft.
