Sand Dune Arch
NABSQNO 12S 623253 – 4291578
Ranks 78. Fiery Furnace Area. One of the popular arches in the north west corner of the upper Fiery Furnace, particularly with children who can play in the pile of drifting sand that surrounds it and gives it its name. Whilst not a spectacular arch it is in a shady area which can be a welcome change in hot weather.
The arch has a span of 25 ft and a height of 12 ft.
